At WeClique, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As each product is made to order, we’ve created a simple and straightforward return and refund policy. Please take a moment to review our guidelines.
1. If You Don’t Receive Your Product:
We want your moments to reach you! If your order is not received, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll reprint and ship your product at no extra cost to you. Simply let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest.

2. If You’re Unhappy with Your Product:
Your satisfaction is our priority! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will issue a full refund. Since all products are made individually just for you, we kindly ask that you dispose of the item, rather than sending it back to us.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right by either reprinting and shipping a new product or offering a refund, depending on your preference.
4. Order Changes & Cancellations:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement:
If you need to request a refund or replacement, simply contact our customer support team at info@weclique.io. Please include your order number and any relevant details, so we can assist you quickly.
6. Shipping Fees:
Shipping is always free. If we need to resend your order due to these issues, the replacement will still be shipped free of charge.
7. Refund Processing:
Once your refund is processed, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
