1. How do I order from WeClique?
It’s easy! Simply select the product you want to customize (stickers, postcards, or cards), upload the photo you on the product, and add a note (if ordering a postcard or card). Add it to your cart and checkout. Your custom creation will be printed and shipped to the shipping address!

2. What products can I create?
Right now, you can turn your photos into fun products like stickers, postcards, and cards! 

3. Can I order multiple designs?
Yes! You can mix and match different designs. Buy 5 different stickers for $10, or customize your collection with postcards and cards - pick whatever you like! 

4. How long will it take to receive my order?
We prioritize speed, so we aim to ship orders within 24 hours. Most orders should arrive within 5-7 business days but we're on a journey to get this down to 3 days. Since we use USPS first class mail to ship, we can't provide tracking for the other. But we will send you a shipped email to confirm the order is on it's way.

5. What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t receive your product, please reach out to us at info@weclique.io. We’ll reprint and ship it to you at no extra cost. Your moments deserve to be shared!

6. What if I’m not happy with my order?
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not happy with your product, we offer a full refund. Since our products are made just for you, we ask that you dispose of the item rather than return it to us. Please reach out to us at info@weclique.io

7. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes once the order is placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it!

8. Do you offer international shipping?
We’re currently focusing on domestic shipping within the US, but we’re looking into expanding internationally in the future. Keep an eye on our updates for any changes!

9. How do I get in touch with customer support?

10. Are WeClique products customizable?
Yes! You can upload your own photos to create personalized stickers, postcards, and cards. Make them uniquely yours, whether it’s a funny memory or a favorite shot with friends.

11. Can I send my WeClique products to different addresses?
Right now, we ask that you place each order separately if you want to send products to different addresses. We know how fun it is to surprise multiple people with gifts, and we're working hard to unlock a feature that will make it easier for you to send multiple products to different addresses in a single order. Stay tuned!

12. Can I ship a gift directly to someone?
Yes! If you’re gifting a product, simply enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout. They’ll receive your surprise right at their doorstep!

13. Can I track a gift that I sent?
Unfortunately not today. We use USPS first class mail to ship our products and can't offer tracking details. However, we will send you a shipped email so you're aware of the date we shipped the product.

14. What’s the best way to store my stickers and postcards?
Keep them in a cool, dry place to preserve their vibrant colors and quality. Stickers work great on laptops, water bottles, and more, while postcards are perfect for mailing to friends or adding to your collection!
